About the Founder
Meet Yash Baheti
I'm Yash Baheti, the founder of YBridge Capital. I grew up in a family of business owners, where I learned firsthand what it takes to build something meaningful - resilience, clarity, and care. That early exposure instilled in me a deep respect for entrepreneurship and a lifelong curiosity about how good businesses grow stronger.
Professionally, I've led large scale initiatives across real estate development, construction management, and financial operations - guiding multimillion dollar projects from concept through execution. My work has spanned managing high performing teams, solving operational bottlenecks, and structuring complex financial models to unlock value. I hold a Bachelor's and Master's in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
But my approach to business Isn't just analytical - it's personal. I believe in listening before acting, respecting what's already been built, and working side by side with teams to chart the next phase of growth. With the backing of committed investors, many of whom are entrepreneurs themselves, I'm on a mission to acquire one great business, protect it's legacy, and build toward a strong, sustainable future.

If both sides choose to move forward, we sign a non-disclosure agreement to begin high level review of financials & operations.

We begin with a confidential call to learn more about the business, the owner's goals, and explore whether there is mutual alignment.

Deeper Diligence & Transitoin Planning
We conduct a thorough review of financials, operations, customer dynamics, and legal items. Simultaneously, we begin cultural alignment and transition planning discussions.

Once key facts confirmed, we submit a non-binding Letter of Intent outlining valuation, deal structure, & proposed transition plan.
