About the Founder
Meet Yash Baheti
I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, inspired by my uncle who built Yash Technologies from the ground up, I learned early that businesses endure because owners show up - for customers, employees, and the work. That shaped how I think about business: it's both a responsibility and a long game.
After earning my engineering degrees from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, I spent nearly a decade at Turner Construction, moving from the job site to managing, people, risk, and financial performance across hundreds of major projects, including the Obama Presidential Center. From there, I joined Procore Technologies, helping large construction firms modernize how they manage cost and performance. I later earned my MBA from UChicago Booth, focusing on entrepreneurship and finance.
I started YBridge Capital to find one great business to own and operate for the long term. I’m backed by a small group of entrepreneurial investors who share that same mindset. The goal is simple: keep what’s working, take care of the people who make it run, and build on a strong foundation for years to come.
